All Cellglo products are shipped free of charge (Singapore & Malaysia only).

I want my order ASAP, do you have next day delivery?

At this point, we do not yet offer next day delivery. If it’s urgent, we could use Grab or Lalamove service to deliver your goods on the same day. The costs will be borne by the buyer.

Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your headquarters?

How long will my order take to arrive?

A

We make every effort to deliver your order within 3 to 6 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays) in Singapore. Cellglo Singapore is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations, we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a tracking number in a separate email from your confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of making your purchase, please drop an email with your order number to sg.cellglo@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at wa.me/6587768125.

I have made a mistake and need to change my shipping address. How do I do it?

No worries. You can make changes to your shipping address up to an hour after purchasing. Just drop an email to sg.cellglo@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at wa.me/6587768125 with your order details and new shipping address.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

Please note that exchanges are only available if you have received a damaged order or expired products. Exchanges and refunds will not be given for items ordered in the wrong item or quantity, so make sure to review your order before making payment. Only if the item you've received is defective, damaged or expired, you may send your exchange request to sg.cellglo@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at wa.me/6587768125 within 7 days of receiving.
