What payment portals are available?
Cellglo Singapore currently utilizes HitPay (E-Commerce Payment Gateway Singapore) that supports various merchants. Supported payment methods include PayNow and credit card.
I have encountered some difficulties with Cellglo Singapore’s online payment system, what should I do?

Does Cellglo Singapore accept direct bank transfers, bank drafts, cheques, concealed cash etc as modes of payment?
To ensure that your transaction is safe and secure, we currently only accept payment through the HitPay portal. Any other form of payment will not be entertained.
I’ve been charged wrongly for my purchase, what should I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry about that! Please drop an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Help! I have been charged wrongly for my order!" and include any details and receipts you have in your email.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at wa.me/6587768125 with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
How do I check my order history?
Login to www.cellglo.com.sg and click on the small person icon on the top right corner then you will see your order details.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We are so sorry about that! Please drop an email to email@example.com or WhatsApp us at wa.me/6587768125 with your attachment and order ID and we'll look into it for you.
My parcel has been returned to Cellglo Singapore, why did that happen?
The following possibilities could have occurred:
1. You have keyed in the wrong shipment address during purchase.
2. You could not be contacted via phone or email during the delivery period.
If your parcel has been sent back to Cellglo Singapore, we regret to inform you that you will have to bear the cost of having the shipment couriered to you again. To avoid such a disappointment, please double check you’re shipping address during purchase and make sure that there is someone to pick up your parcel during the shipment estimated arrival period. You are advised to check your shipping status as often as possible.
I have gotten confirmation on getting a refund for my order. How long will the refund take?
Once we have settled on all the details, please note that it will take up to 30 days for you to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund in 30 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it.
