Refund Policy

Returns

Please note that exchanges are only available if you have received a damaged order or expired products. Exchanges and refunds will not be given for items ordered in the wrong item or quantity, so make sure to review your order before making payment. Only if the item you've received is defective, damaged or expired, you may send your exchange request to sg.cellglo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving. If we do not receive it within the given time frame, we will not proceed with the request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the returned product is found to be defective, Cellglo Singapore will send it back to the customer.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange

The condition of the product will be reviewed by Cellglo Singapore upon receiving it and the exchange will proceed once the product has been approved. Exchanges are based on the availability of stock, so unfortunately, if the product has been sold out, we will proceed with a refund.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Once we have settled on all the details, please note that it will take up to 30 days for you to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund in 30 days, please email us at sg.cellglo@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
